Credit Tracking and Conference Evaluation System

We were outsourced to create a credit tracking and evaluation system for a large conference (800+ delegates). The organization grants their delegates professional credit for attending conference sessions. Previously they tracked the credit through paper forms, leading to extra administration work. They also require their delegates to evaluate the session, also done through paper forms. The use of paper forms lead to a very low response rate on the evaluations.
The system we created allows the delegates to track their credit through an updatable form. It requires the delegates to submit evaluations as part of the credit claiming process. The administrators are able to download CSF or XLS reports of the delegates credit and evaluation responses. This has lead to an almost 100% response rate on the evaluations, has been positively received by the delegates, and is less work for the conference administrators.
We will be involved with the project again next year, when we create a mobile phone friendly version of the system and further streamline the process.
